Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for Workforce Management ensuring data accuracy and availability.

Education: Preferred Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, IT, or related fields; Master's in Statistics also preferred.
Experienced in Workforce Management reporting with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Capable of transforming complex data into accessible, usable, and visually appealing reports.
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams including business and technical stakeholders.
