Design, implement, and support data integration and automation solutions across Finance systems including SAP, BlackLine, ARIS, Celonis.
Build and manage ETL pipelines and perform process/task mining and analytics to identify finance process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement.
Support finance process monitoring, controls, exception handling, and transformations such as GL-to-OIM conversion and governance initiatives.
5+ years of experience in Process Mining, Task Mining, Application Usage Analytics, Data Integration, or Finance Transformation.
University degree or relevant professional qualification.
Experience in end-to-end finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C) and working with tools like BlackLine and SAP FI-CO preferred.
Work Experience Required: 5+ years; Remote work mode; Location: Pune preferred but remote possible.
Experienced in complex finance process improvement and automation within GBS, Shared Services, Big 4, or Oil & Gas sectors.
Strong proficiency in process mining tools (Celonis, ARIS) and finance system integrations (SAP BTP, BlackLine-SAP, API).
Capable of independently managing multiple global priorities with strong stakeholder collaboration and technical problem-solving skills.
