Own and facilitate deployment of AOM (Active Operations Management) methodology enterprise-wide, including group and 1:1 coaching sessions to achieve certification.

AOM Practitioner Certified (or equivalent) preferred.
Experience with AOM methodology using Workware / Control IQ tools.
Experience in leadership coaching and operations leadership roles.
Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders including team leaders to Head of levels.
Experienced in driving operational excellence initiatives with measurable outcomes (e.g. cost reduction, improved service).
Strong analytical capability with advanced data interrogation skills to generate actionable insights.
