Lead and manage a team of Sourcing and Supplier Quality Engineers/Managers to establish and implement sourcing strategies aligned with Asia Pacific and site goals.
Oversee supplier performance improvements, conduct business reviews with key suppliers, and coordinate training programs to meet quality, lead time, and service objectives.

Demonstrates strong negotiation and project management capabilities with accountability for strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management.
Familiarity with ISO9001, ISO14001 management systems, and corporate safety/occupational health management preferred for effective compliance leadership.
