Knowledgeable in High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), and system performance tuning.
Familiar with IBM storage solutions (e.g., FlashSystem, DS8000, Storwize) and optionally holds IBM Certified System Administrator – IBM i and ITIL Foundation certifications.
