Manage, coach, and develop a team of DevOps engineers and less experienced managers to build modern, high-quality build pipelines and software delivery capabilities.
Ensure adherence to Banking Platform Architecture and non-functional requirements, while driving technical strategy, application modernization, cloud readiness, and resolving technology roadblocks across code, build, and deployment.

Experienced in leading DevOps functions focusing on automation, cloud adoption, CI/CD maturity, and operational excellence within regulated banking environments.
Strong technical leadership including coaching, governance experience, and ability to collaborate across multiple teams and vendors to drive complex technology transformations.
Ability to drive DevOps culture, standards, best practices, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement aligned with agile methodologies and organizational technology strategies.
