Senior Associate, Data Integrity, Investment Banking Division

Lead and execute data integrity transformation initiatives across client data management, reporting workflows, and governance processes, focusing on risk reduction and efficiency improvement.

Build and maintain management reporting dashboards using Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, and implement AI-assisted solutions on approved platforms to automate workflows and enhance quality.

Collaborate with global stakeholders across IBD/GCM COO, Data Integrity, Technology, Risk, and Compliance to embed responsible AI tools, measure impact, and deliver executive communications on transformation progress.

2 to 8 years relevant experience in data integrity, operations transformation, investment banking support, risk and control, or related financial services functions.

MBA/PGDM in Finance, Data Analytics, or a quantitative/business discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Practical experience with GenAI/AI productivity tools and ability to build or configure AI agents or automation solutions using approved enterprise platforms.

Excellent English communication skills and ability to collaborate with global teams and senior management.

Demonstrated ability to drive operational transformation projects with measurable impact in data integrity and risk control environments within financial services or investment banking contexts.

Strong hands-on skills in Power BI, AI tools, and agent-building platforms with a strategic mindset to streamline complex workflows and embed AI responsibly.

Experience interacting with senior stakeholders and managing cross-functional teams to implement scalable automation and reporting solutions.
