Lead and manage multiple enterprise IT projects focused on data analytics and digital banking, coordinating cross-functional teams including internal and external technical contributors, IT managers, and stakeholders.
Develop business cases for executive approval and ensure adherence to project methodologies, standards, processes, and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress, manage schedules, resolve complex issues and risks, and coordinate resource allocation with IT resource managers and implementation partners.
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline.
At least 8 years of IT project management experience.
Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project methodologies and proficiency in Project Portfolio Management tools (e.g., Sciforma, MS Project).
Legal authorization to work in the United States; Work Visa sponsorship not available.
Experience managing IT projects in financial services with knowledge of processes like data management, card transactions, core banking, loan processing, payments, and fraud management.
Proven ability to handle complex project issues and coordinate among diverse stakeholders including vendors and internal teams.
Familiarity with project management certifications (e.g., PMP) and systems such as TA System and SharePoint is a plus.
