Own the quality improvement and maintenance of SailPoint's Identity product including fixing product and security bugs.

Senior-level engineer with demonstrated ability to handle product quality, supportability, and critical bug fixes in large-scale enterprise software.
Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including support and professional services to resolve complex technical issues.
Comfortable working in a hybrid onsite/remote environment and engaging with various levels of technical and functional stakeholders.
