Own end-to-end migration of legacy data into Salesforce ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and compatibility using Salesforce tools and ETL processes.
Design, develop, and execute data migration strategies including automation of recurring data loads and reporting via batch scripts and scheduling tools.
Collaborate with Salesforce admins, developers, and business stakeholders to align data migration with project goals, including documentation and troubleshooting.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Engineering, or related field.
2-3 years experience with Salesforce DBAmp for SQL Server integration and Salesforce data loading tools (Data Loader, Import Wizard, Workbench).
Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, T-SQL, Perl, batch scripting, and use of FTP/SFTP automation and scheduling tools.
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud and knowledge of Salesforce data structures/APIs for large-scale migration.
Experienced in handling complex data migration projects involving Salesforce and legacy systems with strong ETL expertise including Talend and/or Informatica.
Capable of building repeatable, automated ETL/data processes and comfortable coordinating with global teams and multiple stakeholders.
Preferably has certifications related to Salesforce Administration, SQL Server, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and familiarity with cloud storage integrations.
