Own the design, execution, and monitoring of talent development programs including training needs analysis, skill gap analysis, and leadership pipeline development to enhance team capabilities and performance.
Lead talent review and succession planning processes with local leadership to identify high-potential employees and address leadership risks.

7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or HR with a proven track record in managing complex corporate development projects.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field; advanced coaching or OD certifications highly desirable.
Proficient with Learning Management Systems (LMS), performance technology tools such as Workday/YPM, and capable of data-driven analysis of training ROI.
Work Experience Required: 7+ years
Experienced in operating within a complex matrix and global-local partnership environment, collaborating with global Centres of Expertise and local HR teams.
Skilled in strategic alignment of talent development with business objectives and organizational transformation initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and lead cross-functional and regional talent development and organizational culture programs.
