Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Skilled in translating business requirements into formal documentation and visual diagrams.

Experienced in using project management and documentation tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or Lucidchart (advantageous).

Able to support both Agile and Waterfall teams through detailed user stories and process understanding.
