Lead and manage a multidisciplinary PMCM (Project Management, Cost Management) team of 80+ staff across GCC and India, ensuring competency, technical governance, and delivery quality aligned with UK standards.
Own commercial and operational management including business plan delivery, budget adherence, forecasting, resource management, audits, and client relationship management to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Provide visible leadership focusing on staff health, safety, welfare, development, retention, succession planning, and mentoring for professional accreditation; contribute to bids, marketing, and profile-raising activities.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related discipline.
Chartered status of an appropriate professional body.
Significant experience in project management, project delivery or leadership in a consulting engineering environment, including leading operational management of large teams (80+ staff).
Proven track record in multidisciplinary project delivery, resource and project management, with demonstrated commercial management and client liaison skills.
Experienced technical manager with strong leadership skills capable of leading large teams in complex, multidisciplinary environments and managing operational and commercial functions.
Comfortable engaging with clients and internal/external stakeholders to communicate complex technical issues effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrates strategic focus on team capability development, quality assurance, process improvement, innovation, and managing change with a professional manner under pressure.
