Lead and oversee daily operations for Mainframe batch/console and iSeries operations including staffing, scheduling, and operational coverage.

Work Experience Required: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in batch operations and infrastructure support.
Experienced in managing 24x7 production support environments with strong SLA and operational governance understanding.
Skilled at leading incident management and operational issue resolution with excellent stakeholder communication.
Capable of managing multiple priorities in high-pressure operational settings, with experience supporting financial services or enterprise environments preferred.
