Own analysis and documentation of end-to-end supply chain processes across planning, procurement, manufacturing, inventory, and logistics to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
Translate operational supply chain needs into functional ERP requirements and support configuration/optimization of supply chain systems to enhance service levels and planning accuracy.
Lead process design workshops, UAT, change management, and develop data-driven solutions including business rules, KPIs, and reports for supply chain performance metrics.
5-7 years of work experience in supply chain or related business analysis roles.
MBA in Supply Chain Management or related area and B.Tech degree.
Must work onsite five days a week at Bangalore PSN Office, KA-India, with work timings from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST.

Experience working with ERP and supply chain applications including MRP/MPS, safety stock, ATP/CTP configurations.
