Design, configure, and sustain Infor LN planning processes supporting global manufacturing and supply chain across multi-site environments (US, Mexico, Czech Republic).
Own functional configuration, testing, and deployment of LN planning modules including MPS, MRP, PRP, order scheduling, and exception management.
Collaborate cross-functionally with planning, operations, procurement, and IT teams to ensure LN supports production planning, capacity visibility, and end-to-end Plan-to-Deliver workflows.
7+ years functional experience with Infor LN (10.x) or BAAN IV/V focused on Planning, Manufacturing, or Logistics.
Deep knowledge of MPS/MRP, PRP, item planning parameters, forecasting, and supply/demand balancing.
Experience with complex manufacturing operations, preferably heavy industrial or engineered-to-order.
Must be based in Bangalore; required to work onsite 5 days a week during 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST shift.
Strong expertise in LN ERP planning modules and configuration with ability to translate manufacturing business processes into LN setups.
Experience working with multi-site global manufacturing and supply chain teams within heavy industrial or similar sectors.
Proven ability to lead system upgrades, process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including planners, engineers, and IT.
