Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Global Derivatives Process, managing end-to-end lifecycle of derivative instruments and ensuring 100% process quality and accuracy.

Must be willing to work North America (NA) shift and be located in Pune.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint; excellent written and spoken English.
Experienced in managing multiple global stakeholders, particularly across Bangalore, Chicago, and Melbourne, indicating strong cross-location coordination skills.
Detail and results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills relevant to financial markets and derivative products.
Demonstrated ability to own subprocesses/projects end-to-end and lead operational control reviews in a process-driven, compliance-focused environment.
