Support PMO and digital transformation for capital projects in metals & mining, enhancing visibility and control over scope, time, cost, risk, quality, and safety.
Maintain schedules and progress updates using Primavera/MS Project; perform Earned Value Management (EVM) calculations (CPI/SPI) and cost/schedule variance analysis to prepare management reports.
Develop and operate digital tools including Power BI/Tableau dashboards, 5D BIM linkages, drone/LiDAR workflows, IoT geo-fencing dashboards, and GenAI assistants for reporting and stakeholder communications.
2-5 years of relevant experience in construction, metals/mining, and PMO for capital expenditure projects.
Bachelor's degree in BE/B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) plus MBA with relevant project experience; M.Tech (NICMAR) preferred.
Experience with Primavera/MS Project, Power BI/Tableau/Excel, and BIM tools (Navisworks/Revit/Synchro); familiarity with drone/LiDAR and IoT tracking is advantageous.
PMP® certification preferred or willingness to obtain within 12 months.
Experienced in managing large capital projects within metals & mining sectors with emphasis on project portfolio optimization and digital transformation.
Proficient in integrating advanced digital and AI solutions such as 5D BIM, digital twins, drone/LiDAR technology, IoT geo-fencing, and GenAI in project management workflows.
Comfortable with extensive travel to project sites and client offices and capable of coordinating across multiple stakeholders including EPCs, vendors, and regulators.
