5-8 years of relevant experience in operations automation or related fields.
Advanced expertise in Alteryx Designer including complex workflows and multiple data source integration.
Proficiency in UiPath for developing bots, and advanced Power BI skills including writing DAX functions.
Strong Excel skills; experience with VBA, Power Query, SharePoint Lists, and Power Automate is advantageous but not mandatory.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple automation initiatives simultaneously.
Strong analytical mindset with practical understanding of Operations processes and ability to translate business needs into technical automation solutions.
Experienced in engaging with Operations subject-matter experts and non-technical users to identify pain points and deliver user-friendly, robust automation tools.
