Define and implement QA strategies, test plans, and test cases for web, desktop, and mobile applications.
Lead and mentor QA teams while also directly contributing to QA deliverables, including automation and performance testing.
Collaborate across functions to ensure quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle and drive automation initiatives.
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in quality assurance with expertise in test automation and manual testing.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium) and API/performance testing tools (Postman, RestAssured, JMeter, LoadRunner).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, DevOps practices, cloud platforms (preferably MS Azure), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and scripting languages such as Python.
