Proven ability to lead performance engineering efforts in production environments including incident management and capacity planning.
Demonstrated skills in performance test workload modelling, system-level diagnostics, and tuning (memory, CPU, GC, thread/heap analysis).
Experienced working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams in Agile development and testing coordination contexts.
