Serve as the regional Subject Matter Expert for food service programs across APAC, providing strategic guidance and technical expertise to multiple JLL account teams.
Establish and maintain regional food service standards, policies, and best practices to drive consistency and excellence across accounts, including training and capability building.
Support vendor selection, RFP development, contract negotiations, client escalations, and implementation of sustainable food practices, while collaborating on strategic account reviews and business development.
Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Minimum 8 to 12 years progressive experience in foodservice/hospitality management with subject matter expertise, supporting multiple accounts simultaneously.
Managerial HACCP certification (Level 3 or equivalent) and Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) Certification required.
On-site work location in Bengaluru, Karnataka; ability to travel within APAC region as needed.
Experienced leader with proven ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts at scale across diverse APAC markets.
Strong background in developing and implementing standardized food service processes, sustainability initiatives, and regulatory compliance frameworks regionally.
Capable of working independently across multiple time zones with strong analytical and communication skills to influence organizational levels and drive continuous food service innovation.
