Accountable for maintaining SOX controls and processes related to inventory and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).
Prepare and validate monthly account reconciliations, journal entries, accruals for inventory, COGS, inventory movement, shrink, and in-transit inventory.
Support and assist physical inventory counts, cycle counts, inventory audits, and collaborate with multiple departments and warehouses.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or finance.
4-6 years of experience in Accounting with General Ledger and Reconciliation expertise.
Experience with ERP systems required; NetSuite experience strongly preferred.
Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis required.
Experienced in managing inventory accounting operations with strong understanding of SOX controls and financial compliance.
Demonstrates ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong communicator capable of interacting across departments and supporting audit/compliance processes.
