Own end-to-end testing lifecycle for Mainframe and OpenText Exstream projects including system, SIT, functional, regression, UAT tests.
Develop, execute, and troubleshoot JCLs, complex SQL queries, and Mainframe COBOL/DB2/CICS code to support testing and debugging.
Lead test strategy, estimation, status reporting, and mentor team members in Mainframe technologies and functional banking products.
Minimum 5+ years experience as Senior Software Engineer in Mainframe development and testing (JCL, COBOL, DB2, CICS).
Strong expertise in OpenText Exstream (versions 16.6.7/23.2) on Windows and Linux platforms.
Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
Proficient with testing tools and methodologies including TOSCA, ALM JIRA, GitHub, Jenkins, CICD pipeline.
Demonstrated SME capability in Mainframe testing with ability to analyze/debug complex code and JCL jobs independently.
Experience in banking domain with knowledge of lending, mortgage, and consumer loan products.
Leadership experience managing testing teams, creating test strategies, and handling project status communications.
