Provide L2/L3 operational support for Azure cloud and on-premises network infrastructure ensuring high availability of network services.
Manage incident triage, resolution of P1/P2 incidents, participate in major incident bridges, and perform Root Cause Analysis.

5-7 years of Network Operations experience.
Hands-on experience with Azure Networking components (VNets, NSGs, VPN Gateway, ExpressRoute, Azure Firewall) and enterprise network infrastructure (Cisco Routing & Switching, Firewalls including Palo Alto and Check Point).
Experience in incident management, troubleshooting network connectivity issues, and implementing change management processes.
Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational on-call support environment.
Strong expertise supporting hybrid cloud network environments combining Azure and enterprise on-premises technologies.
Experienced with Cisco, Palo Alto, Check Point, Netskope, Meraki, and Citrix ADC / NetScaler network/security products in production environments.
Demonstrated skills in troubleshooting, incident management, and stakeholder coordination within enterprise-scale operations.
