Demonstrated ability to manage test planning, effort estimation, reviews, and mentoring within safety-critical automotive environments.
Familiarity with continuous integration pipelines (Jenkins), debugging tools (Lauterbach, CANalyzer), and exposure to safety-critical domains like Restraint Control Systems is a plus.
