Strong technical operator who remains hands-on while leading a team, capable of managing vendor integrations and HRIS data flows including ERP (NetSuite or comparable).
Skilled at stakeholder partnership and project leadership across a global and distributed environment, with a focus on data governance, compliance, and system optimization.
