Manage and maintain multiple Baan ERP versions (Baan IV, ERP LN FP3, LN 10.4) including installation, configuration, patching, and troubleshooting to ensure system stability and security.
Perform database administration activities in coordination with DBA teams for Oracle and/or SQL Server, including backup planning, disaster recovery, and performance optimization.
Provide application support by resolving user issues, collaborating with development teams for deployments, mentoring junior consultants, and supporting audits and documentation requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
8+ years of experience in Baan ERP Administration support covering Baan IV, ERP LN FP3, and LN 10.4 versions.
Strong knowledge of Baan ERP architecture and technologies including Oracle database administration (SQL, PL/SQL).
Familiarity with operating systems such as Linux and Unix; experience with shell scripting and identity management is a plus but not mandatory.
Experienced administrator comfortable managing complex ERP systems across versions and collaborating with cross-functional IT teams including DBAs and application developers.
Capable of providing technical troubleshooting and mentoring junior team members, contributing to process improvements and documentation.
Experienced working in structured software development environments such as SDLC/Agile methods with project management tools.
