Lead and manage audit engagements for international KPMG teams and clients, owning delivery of quality end-to-end audit work.
Supervise and mentor a team of 6-7 audit professionals, including planning audits, performing risk assessments, and reviewing junior team members' work.
Handle complex financial statement sections per country-specific statutory requirements and maintain strong client and engagement team relationships.
Chartered Accountancy qualification (ICAI or ACCA).
3–5 years of audit experience with a Big 4, client-facing, preferably with corporate and international clients.
Experience in the Treasury Sector is mandatory.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and excellent written/verbal communication skills.
Experienced in managing audit teams within a Big 4 environment, comfortable handling international and complex audit tasks.
Strong leadership and mentoring capability with an ability to deliver results under tight deadlines.
Adaptable to varying engagement types and environments, maintaining confidentiality and risk management compliance.
