Own technical and functional aspects of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) including order management, finance, shipment management, and automation agents.
Prepare mapping and design documents for interfacing OTM with EDI, WMS, order management, and finance systems; translate functional specs into design for offshore delivery.
Troubleshoot OTM issues by analyzing logs, resolve incidents and problem tickets, and handle change requests (CRs).
6-8 years of experience specifically in OTM technical and functional roles, including experience with OTM Release 6.x.
Strong knowledge of OTM application modules: order management, finance, shipment management, and automation agents.
Ability to write SQL queries for automation and technical tasks; experience preparing mapping documents for system integration.
Experience with JSPX/XSL is a plus but not mandatory; good communication skills required.
Experienced in end-to-end OTM implementation and architecture to handle functional and technical challenges effectively.
