Experience or exposure to ERP systems (BAAN, Ariba, PeopleSoft, SRM, SAP), MS-Office tools, and Quality Management Systems.
Experience working in global shared services environments handling financial processes with SLA adherence focus.
Operationally focused with attention to process detail, quality control, and performance measurement.
Good communication skills with ability to work across diverse stakeholders and demonstrate cross-cultural sensitivity.
