Own the definition and execution of software test strategy, including manual and automation test planning, estimation, and issue investigation for software verification within an agile team.
Lead and organize large-scale formal test events, develop and review verification plans, and manage test tools, frameworks, and environments.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including development and UX, support team activities, mentor members, and facilitate technical decision-making and issue resolution.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
At least 10 years of experience in manual testing and system verification with demonstrated lead experience.
Strong knowledge of RDBMS concepts and experience with Postgres, SQL, Oracle and/or SQL Server.
On-site role based in Bengaluru; experience with test and defect management tools required.
Experienced in leading and mentoring software verification teams in multi-functional, remote or matrix environments.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making skills with a track record of driving test strategies and owning deliverables end-to-end.
Comfortable collaborating across departments and effectively communicating with stakeholders at various organizational levels.
