Develop and implement control algorithms for STATCOM and FACTS applications to enhance power system stability and voltage control.

Hands-on experience with PSCAD, PSSE, MATLAB/Simulink, and RTDS for power system modelling and control validation.
Based in Noida, India with hybrid working flexibility; relocation assistance is provided.
Experienced in utility scale grid integration and EHV substations, preferably within FACTS or STATCOM sectors.
Capability to manage multiple project priorities and coordinate with global, cross-functional teams in an international work environment.
Strong ownership of critical engineering control software tasks and capability to produce technical documentation and detailed simulation reports.
