Experienced leader comfortable managing globally distributed Agile software teams and collaborating across time zones, especially between India and North America.
Strong technical depth in Microsoft stack and enterprise software design patterns with practical exposure to desktop and web application development.
Prior exposure to regulated domains like life sciences or diagnostics and/or AI-powered platform capabilities is advantageous but not mandatory.
