Manage and support the entire operational cadence of the Private Markets product team including sprint planning, backlog grooming, release tracking, and dependency management.
Own and maintain product documentation and analytics dashboards tracking feature adoption, user engagement, and platform health metrics.
Coordinate UAT cycles, cross-functional collaboration between product, engineering, QA, and business stakeholders, and prepare executive-level product updates and business reviews.

Proficiency with product and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, or equivalents.
Ability to travel up to 20%, including internationally.
Experienced in private markets, asset management, fund administration, or financial data platforms, with familiarity with platforms like Allvue, Juniper Square, or iLEVEL as a plus.
Strong analytical skills, comfortable with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) and basic proficiency in SQL or Python for data querying.
Proven ability to operate across cross-functional teams in fast-paced, agile environments and support client-facing product communications and release documentation.
