Manage on-premises and cloud Linux servers (Red Hat, Ubuntu) including installation, configuration, patching, and troubleshooting in physical, virtual, and AWS environments.
Administer and maintain NetApp storage systems (FAS/AFF/CDOT) including provisioning, multi-protocol configuration (NFS, CIFS, iSCSI), data protection (snapmirror, snapvault), and monitoring.
Support infrastructure services (DNS, LDAP, email, printing, web servers), implement security best practices, handle incident management, and develop automation to improve operational efficiency.
Minimum 5+ years experience in Linux system administration and 3+ years in NetApp storage administration in large enterprise environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent required.
Proficient with RHEL and Ubuntu Linux, shell/python scripting, and networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, SSH, NTP).
Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Nagios, Prometheus, Grafana).
Experience in semiconductor, EDA, or high-performance computing environments preferred.
Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms especially AWS and familiarity with configuration management/automation tools like Ansible or Puppet.
Understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines.
