Experience managing and mentoring technical teams with ownership of delivery and organizational objectives.
Strong ability to collaborate with diverse cross-functional and external teams to align technical solutions with customer needs.
Proven capability in problem solving and driving process improvements in automotive embedded systems, particularly in compliance with safety and quality standards.
