Own global category targets, strategy, and program development for entire global spend and supply base in scope across all Hillenbrand OPCOs and sites.
Model and optimize supply base considering market trends, demand, and business objectives, defining sourcing governance and supplier targets.
Drive execution of category funnel measures, alternative sourcing programs, and supplier management to achieve financial and operational targets.
Minimum 10 years experience in strategic procurement with global sourcing exposure in European, Asian, and North American markets.

Strong analytical and conceptual skills with experience creating business cases and driving measurable procurement outcomes.
