Lead and oversee AVEVA’s workplace experience, facilities management, real estate lease management, workplace health and safety, and sustainability for APAC region offices across 9 countries and 16 offices.
Manage and inspire a regional Workplace Experience team and external service providers, ensuring cost governance, best practices, and strategic alignment, including budget preparation and adherence.
Advise and collaborate with AVEVA senior regional leaders and global workplace teams to develop and execute physical and digital workplace strategies supporting hybrid work and enhancing employee experience.
Minimum 5+ years progressive leadership experience managing workplace facilities, corporate real estate lease management, workplace sustainability, health and safety, and large workplace projects in multinational environments.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, corporate real estate, or equivalent experience.
Must reside within commutable distance (50 miles) of Bangalore (India) or Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) to support 3-4 days/week office presence.
Work experience required: 5+ years in relevant leadership roles as explicitly detailed.
Experienced leader in multi-site office operations with demonstrated ability to manage geographically dispersed teams and outsourced service providers remotely.
Strong strategic influence skills to engage executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders in workplace experience, real estate, and facilities decisions.
Proven financial management skills with experience balancing operational expenditure (OpEx) and capital expenditure (CapEx) budgets while maintaining service levels.
