Strong working knowledge of RDBMS with hands-on SQL experience using Oracle and/or SQL Server.
Experience with test management and defect tracking tools including execution tracking, defect triage, and reporting.
Experienced in planning and leading formal test cycles and software verification activities within complex software environments.
Familiar with supporting automation suites and modern testing approaches including AI-assisted testing tools.
Comfortable troubleshooting across UI, services, integrations, and database layers and mentoring testing teams through execution-driven leadership.
