Develop, design, and maintain Anaplan models for finance-related solutions, ensuring scalability, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices.
Manage Anaplan application life-cycle including versioning, quality assurance, security, governance, and integration with other systems (Cloud Works, ADO).
Act as Substitute Concept Owner managing development projects, collecting requirements, organizing workshops, coordinating with business stakeholders, and driving global testing and training.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in information technology, business, economics, or related field.
Completed Anaplan Model Builder (Level 2) and The Anaplan Way training; Certified Model Builder preferred.
Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on Anaplan build experience; experience with financial planning solutions preferred.
Fluency in English and Finnish; practical experience with Anaplan ALM, UAT, documentation, integrations (Cloud Works, Anaplan API, ADO).
Experienced in financial IT solutions with strong ability to translate complex business logic into scalable Anaplan models with optimized performance.
Able to manage end-to-end Anaplan development lifecycle including governance, release management, stakeholder communication, and user adoption.
Comfortable collaborating closely with finance and business teams to align IT solutions with business needs and lead global training and testing initiatives.
