Experienced in complex enterprise platform solution design including security models, lifecycles, workflows, and integrations (REST APIs, ETL, SSO).
Operationally proficient in Agile/SAFe environment with stakeholder management across multiple teams and matrix organizations.
Capable of defining and driving reusable configuration patterns, governance, continuous improvement, and mentoring technical peers in regulated, global delivery contexts.
