Lead technical automation projects for global HR systems, including evaluation, integration assessment, and migration support from platforms like Workday.
Design and build automation workflows and enterprise system integrations using tools such as n8n, UiPath, Python, REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, and event-driven architectures with monitoring and exception handling.
Deploy and operate AI integrations and internal applications on AWS infrastructure, ensuring security controls like RBAC/ABAC, credential rotation, and audit logging, while collaborating cross-functionally across Europe and APAC.

Experience in designing scalable automation architectures and delivering complex multi-step automated workflows with robust error handling and monitoring.
Ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear solution designs and manage 3–6 month cross-regional projects involving multiple stakeholders.
