Lead and deliver cross-divisional capital market technology programs including development, infrastructure, security risk, and technology governance projects.
Conduct business analysis and feasibility studies to define current and target state solutions; support implementation strategies and detailed project planning ensuring timely delivery.
Manage program governance by preparing materials for forums, tracking risks, issues and dependencies, and coordinating testing and deployment with multiple teams globally.
2-5 years professional experience, preferably in financial services or major management consulting; technical background preferred.

Experienced in managing complex, cross-functional technology projects in finance with accountability for full project lifecycle execution.
Strong domain expertise in capital markets, trade lifecycle, and associated technology governance and risk processes.
Capable of working independently and collaborating in global teams, maintaining robust governance discipline and proactive risk management.
