Develop, implement, and monitor machine learning and deep learning models for financial applications such as transaction classification and risk modeling using structured and unstructured data.
Analyze large data sets using statistical and machine learning techniques to generate actionable insights and improve model performance.
Communicate technical findings and solutions effectively to business leaders and clients, while proposing innovative approaches to industry-specific challenges.
3-5 years of experience in data science or machine learning model development and deployment.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics.
Experience with machine learning, deep learning techniques, NLP, and data analysis tools (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, Sklearn, Pandas).
Preferred experience with SQL/databases, container technologies (Kubernetes, Docker), REST APIs, and familiarity with large language models and Generative AI.
Experience working with financial transactional data, including transaction classification, risk evaluation, and credit risk modeling is advantageous.
Strong technical leadership with the ability to drive innovative, scalable data science solutions in a financial or fintech environment.
Comfortable explaining complex data science concepts and solutions to diverse stakeholders including technical teams, business leaders, and clients.
