Own and manage the entire finance function across multiple jurisdictions including financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, compliance, payroll, audits, tax, and fundraising support.
Lead month-end and year-end close processes and prepare management accounts and financial reports for senior leadership and investors.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Commercial, Product, and Legal teams to support contract reviews and financial decision-making in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from a Top 4 Audit Practice (PwC, Deloitte, KPMG, or EY).
Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, statutory audits, and tax compliance.
Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems such as Xero, NetSuite, SAP, or similar, and advanced Excel skills.
Work Experience Required: CA qualification with either first industry role post-practice or ~2 years of accounting experience in a high-growth or technology company.
Commercially minded finance professional comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS or technology scale-up environment.
Experience or understanding of international finance operations including multi-jurisdictional compliance, treasury, and tax matters.
Capable of managing diverse finance processes independently and supporting strategic finance initiatives with senior leadership involvement.
