Own financial planning activities including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial plans for manufacturing business segments.
Drive monthly financial analysis and reporting covering sales, margin, EBIT, working capital, and cash flow to support business decision-making and performance improvement.
Develop and maintain financial models, management reports, KPI dashboards, and support SAP S/4HANA-based financial controlling and reporting processes.
Qualification: CA / CMA degree mandatory.
Work Experience Required: 3-7 years in FP&A, business controlling, commercial finance, plant controlling, or management reporting.
Mandatory technical skills: Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA for finance/controlling and advanced Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling.
Preferred: Experience with Power BI, dashboard development, or SAP S/4HANA implementation projects is a plus but not mandatory.
Experienced finance professional well-versed in manufacturing finance and product costing with ability to analyze complex cost structures and manufacturing variances.
Strong analytical orientation with capability to translate financial data into actionable business insights and support cross-functional collaboration.
Comfortable working with large datasets, financial software (SAP S/4HANA), and developing automated reporting and dashboards to improve process efficiency and accuracy.
