Design, develop, and deliver SAP ABAP RICEF objects including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms in ECC and S/4HANA environments.
Develop advanced and object-oriented ABAP solutions, applying modular and reusable coding practices, and contribute to niche SAP technologies such as Web Dynpro, SAP Fiori, SAP-BTP, SAP CPI/PO, and SF-HR-ABAP.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications, perform peer code reviews, mentor junior associates, and participate collaboratively with functional and technical teams to ensure quality and performance optimization.
4–7 years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience including classical and modern ABAP for HANA.
Bachelor of Engineering degree required.
Experience with RICEF development and integration technologies like BAPIs, IDocs, RFC, Web Services.
SAP ABAP certification or training in S/4HANA development is advantageous but not mandatory.
Demonstrated ability to handle complex SAP ABAP development independently with quality and adherence to standards.
Experience working with both ECC and S/4HANA, including modern SAP technologies and performance tuning tools.
Proven capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and mentor junior team members.
