Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years relevant experience in demand planning, forecasting, or analytics within supply chain.
Knowledge of S&OP/IBP processes and proficiency with forecasting tools; experience with advanced planning systems (e.g., SAP IBP, o9, Kinaxis, APO) preferred.
Must work 5 days from office.
Experience operating within structured S&OE or S&OP business rhythms, managing execution in fast-paced, multi-stock point supply chain environments.
Strong analytical skills with ability to prepare actionable execution materials and drive root-cause problem solving.
Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with commercial and logistics teams to manage supply constraints and escalations effectively.
