Support development, maintenance, and improvement of Digital & Technology Written Standards and Technology Control Framework.
Translate regulatory obligations (SOx, ITGC, GxP, GDPR, cybersecurity) into clear standards and control requirements; maintain master controls in GRC platform.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure standards and controls are accurate, risk-based, aligned with audits, simplified, and operationally practical.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Technology, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or related discipline.
Experience in IT governance, IT controls, or standards/policy development.
Understanding of regulatory/compliance frameworks including SOx, privacy, cybersecurity.
Work Experience Required: 5–7 years in IT risk, technology governance, compliance, or cybersecurity functions, preferably in regulated/global environments.
Experienced in large, regulated or global organizations, preferably healthcare, consumer health, or pharmaceuticals.
Skilled at simplifying complex regulatory and compliance content into structured, operational standards.
Strong coordination skills working with engineering, security, risk, compliance, audit, and GRC teams to maintain aligned and consistent frameworks.
